We measure social mood in real time. By the use of smart tools, we design specific search models that
track the emotions and reactions of users of multiple social networks (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram,
YouTube, Tumblr, blogs, RSS Feeds) in relation to specific events, daily topics of general interest,
organizations, institutional or political campaigns, product launches, among others.
We capture the amount and frequency of mentions, the positive and negative feelings behind and the associations
between themes. We disaggregate the information by age range, sex, geo-location and other categories
according to the client’s needs.
